Tingly legs

Not sure whether to have posted in COVID topic but decided this might be better.

Basically I had covid back in early June, felt rubbish but got over it in time. Around then my legs would tingle, the best way to describe them would be like goosebumps but without the bumps! It happens to both legs on and off for no more than a minute various times during the day. It never wakes me from sleep so I don't know if it happens when asleep. I was worried about things such as MS etc but I've not got any other issues - balance is good, no weakness, no tripping/falling and no pain it's just a nuisance rather than an actual problem but I'm just curious as to whether people have ever had this? It's coming on for over 3 months now and I know I should probably go to the GP but quite honestly I'm not sure what they would do seeing as there are no other issues. Has anyone had this after COVID, or maybe it's a sheer coincidence? I'm 33 years old btw and no other health problems.

I had it for 8 months post covid and post vaccine ( couldn't say which it was) as I had vaccine and then Covid a few days after. I still get it intermittently some days 2 years on too - it's more like a pins and needles kind of feeling with a bit of a buzz too

I had something similar and it was a vitamin D deficiency, the GP worked it out with a blood test, worth getting them to test it.
