Body temperature - what variation is normal?

I had a respiratory infection early August and it seems to be trailing. The past few days I’ve been feeling off so began to measure body temperature to check for fever. It’s varying between 35.4 and 37.8, sometimes within a 30 minute period. I’m not sure what to make of it

Maybe you need a new thermomter.

I thought so too! Confirmed using a second thermometer.

Normal range for an adult is 36.0-37.4
