Has anyone ever come across tiny teeth on top. My 10 month old has two normal looking teeth on the bottom but has three coming down on the top. One looks like it could be normal, it one of the middle ones but hasn’t fully erupted yet but one of the middle ones looks tiny, half the width of the bottom teeth. And the next one looks like it’s crooked and very pointy. Any advice or views greatly appreciated worried it’s something more than teeth 🤯
