I have been using dumbbells in my living room using you tube workouts for 3 years now and it is the most consistent I have been with any type of exercise for years. Over the last six months I have had lower back/hip pain which I have ignored (although increased stretching time).
After Saturdays work out I now have very bad lower back pain and some pain in my legs from it (sciatica type pain I think from googling).
Does anyone have any advice on how to carry on exercising with dumbbells without doing this to myself again?!
