Hi all I have a breath test tomorrow to check for Sibo. I'm getting myself a little worked up having read other forums and threads.
Anyone had experience of this? More specifically did anyone get diahrhea drinking the supplement before the test? How long did it last? I'm currently in a hotel alone because the test centre was far. Now I'm worried I won't be able to travel home- this one lady said she had diahrhea for 2 days after the test!
Any advice welcome please.
