Anyone taking/taken this? I’ve been on 15mg nightly since November for anxiety. It gives me vivid dreams & I have noticed a craving for sweet stuff, although as I posted on another thread that could be a sugar craving after quitting the booze. I spoke to my GP about whether I should continue & she was vague. I meant to ask how you come off it in case that’s what I end up doing. Presumably you don’t just stop?

I would cut down over several weeks if you're planning on stopping. Do a tiny bit at a time so your body can get used to it.

Do you feel you can manage without it? Or would you like to try something else?

Yes I have and it’s also prescribed as an appetite stimulant I believe for those with eating disorders. I’m no longer on it now though
