Hi
I have post menopausal bleeding, been on hrt for 3.5 years
I had pelvic scan (not hospital) who said that my endometrium is 7mm thick and I have a possible poylp and should see a gynaecologist

I spoke to a dr yesterday who said due to the thickness of my endometrium I would be on the 2 week referral nhs
However I also (fortunately) have health care by my employer which technically means I can book a proper ultrasound at the Nuffield hospital and see a gynaecologist there as well
Approval for the insurance will be a couple of days.

If you had the choice what would you do
Wait for nhs, or do the whole thing private

I have never done private before so I don't really know how it works

Private usually quicker and quieter facilities.
