reflux??

My dd has started to bring up her milk almost immediately after she has her bottle. she is 6 months old and up to a few days ago was breast fed. Could this be reflux or a reaction to the formula?

i'd be surprised if it was reflux starting so late - a lot of refluxers grow out of it by then as their stomach sphincters have matured

She doesn't have a temperature or any other symptoms other than she has slept a lot more than usual. I was under the impression from other web sites that reflux can last uptil 18 months? Would a trip to the G.P be in order? The vomiting has only been ongoing for the past 18 hours.
