Constant stitch like pain in left side?

Has anyone else had this? It’s been over a week now. I seem to be alternating between trapped wind and loose stools but the stitch like pain isn’t going away regardless.

Cause i had this and turned out to be stupid pregnancy vitamins...once i stopped it stopped... do ring gp tho x some stomach/intestine irritation for sure

Could it be irritated pancreas? Has your diet been richer than usual - say cheeses, creams, alcohol etc.?

Alternatively - a hernia?

@Dearg just under left ribs. I’m scared it’s pancreatic cancer.
