I got woken in the night last night with lower tummy ache and it's still here. I've taken one lot of nurofen and one lot of paracetamol which hasn't really helped. That said, I'm still able to carry on with my day and have eaten. No issues with going to the toilet either way (though I have had uti with only symptom being tummy ache before) no fever and period not due until Friday but the ache is constant.

I finished a course of antibiotics on Wednesday for an unrelated issue. Not sure if that's relevant, it didn't cause me any issues whilst on it.

Anything to worry about? Health anxiety is currently in overdrive.

If you want health advice, contact a healthcare practitioner.

I would advise 111.

@36and3 nobody is going to be able to tell you whether you have anything to worry about, unfortunately. Pain that doesn't resolve with pain relief would generally be better to get checked out.
