No Poo!

Sorry about odd subject title but it pretty much sums up my question! I have a 2.5 dd who has been suffering from a tummy bug/flu since Tuesday. She hasn't had diaroea thankfully however I'm also aware that she hasn't had any kind of bowel movement in four days. She is normally very regular (sometimes twice a day). Granted she hasn't eaten much at all since Tuesday but she has been drinking. Her tummy doesn't feel particularly hard or tender and she tells me it doesn't hurt. Am I panicking about nothing? I know it's an odd question but hey isn't that what we mumsnetters specialize in?! Thanks

If she hasn't eaten, then not pooing is probably not a problem. Has she started eating again yet? Is she lying still a lot, or up and about?
