What are the best vitamins/supplements to take to support your immune system?
I have been reading about ginger shots...?

I am trying to prepare myself for the back to school bugs 🫣

I already eat a healthy diet and exercise but still seem to catch every bug going!

Vitamin D with K2 every day through autumn/winter and high dose vitamin c. NAC and Quercetin are also good for warding off coughs and colds.

Ginger turmeric shots are good if you make your own fresh. Most ready made ones have mostly apple juice in. Fighter Shots make good immunity boosting shots.

In LA I got shots with oregano oil in and they blitzed a Covid/flu bug. I knew after sitting next to a lady on the flight who coughed all over me the entire flight, that I was going to get sick. I took three of the oregano oil shots a day, 2 ginger turmeric and a green juice for a week and although I felt myself getting sick on day 3 it didn't turn into anything and faded away. They were super powerful but I can't find an equivalent shot here. I might have to make my own this winter!

Sambucol capsules or liquid are good too.
