Significant weight loss after Breast Reconstruction

I had a breast reconstruction around 8 years ago, which means I have a breast implant in one side. I’ve now lost a significant amount of weight and this means I’m extremely lopsided as I’ve lost volume in the non reconstructed side.

I can’t get any bras to fit, the reconstructed side is a G cup, the other side now a C/D and of course, they’re a completely different shape. It’s obvious even in clothes.

Is my only option to wear a prosthesis? Might the NHS consider further surgery? If I have private surgery I assume that means if any future issues with the reconstruction then the NHS would no longer take responsibility?

It feels such a shallow thing to be concerned about, but I’m finding it very difficult.
