I have a cold which has congested my head. My nose is clear and I can breathe easily, however my ears feel blocked and cracking when I swallow etc.
does anyone have any suggestions that can help clear the mucuus from my ears? I’ve been steaming my face but it’s hard to feel any effect when blowing my nose doesn’t feel like it’s helping.
