Right, what are the strongest painkillers I can demand from my GP tomorrow morning?

This is the 6 millionth night I've been up - can't sleep for more than a few hours at a time and am in constant pain from my sodding lumpy neck and sore throat.

Have got a GP appointment at 8.40am and am thinking of staging a sit in, as the GP I saw on Monday told me to keep taking paracetamol and brufen but they're making no effing difference.

WAIL... I'm not getting better and it's been Too Long now.

Doty, just been to check my box of Syndol It has codeine and paracetamol (450mg) in it, so remember to take it instead of your usual paracetamol, not as well as . I didn't want to put you into a coma!! I usually take it an hour before bed, to help me sleep. HTH

Oh, so it is, I should know that, as I have got some solpadol myself for nerve pain in my leg, it must be so strong it is addling my brain

How are you doing now Dottydot?

Dottydot · 21/04/2008 21:13

Hurrah, hurrah, hurrah - I'm feeling much better!! The antibiotics are kicking in and I'm going to sneak one more day off work but will be fine to go back on Wednesday.

Good job, as daytime TV is officially rotting my brain and I'm spending way too much time and money on e-bay....
