Help explaining results

Can anyone explain these results to me please from a recent blood test

You need to boost your HDL, the good cholesterol.
Nuts (raw, not salted), seeds, oily fish, abstaining from alcohol, increasing exercise etc.
boosting the HDL will mean your ratio lowers to a better level.
Is there a Q risk % figure on your notes?

I can't see anything about a Q risk anywhere.
I am very overweight, does this show in the results?

Your risk score is low then.
The risk score increases with age, but it increases quicker if your bp/cholesterol/weight/alcohol etc is high.
