Hi... Not sure if this is allowed

I've had IBS for as long as I can remember and my hubby was reading about this in newspaper... seems to be a sachet to help rleieve symptoms.

I asked at local Holland &Barratt... they don't seem to stock it, but I can see it online and on Amazon. Very good reviews. But I'm fed up of trying lots of things and nothing seems to work (fodmap/diet control has has limited succcess).

GP told me it can take 6-8 years to sort gut health when I've had IBS for so long. Which seems incredible to me.

I can't live my life being urgent all the time!!!!!! And I mean urgent runs to to loo when it's bad.

Just want know if anyone has tried Gut Wealth sachets??

I saw they've had a lot of features in the press but I really want to know if anyone has tried it

6-8 years sound like a long time.
If you want to try an alternative take a look at on youtube at the ketogenic diet.

And here
At about 29 minutes in Harcombe reviews a research paper where reducing dietary fiber helps reduce symptoms, and eliminating fiber, cleared all intestinal distress symptoms.

If you are interested, take a look, if not scroll on.
Either way, best of luck and hope your symptoms improve.

The two things which have (unintentionally) helped my IBS are codeine and sertraline. The first I took for unrelated pain, the second I still take low dose for mild anxiety.

I recommend the Nerva hypnotherapy app. It’s £100 but you keep the recordings so you can continue using it for ever if you like/need.
