Noise in ears when shaking head

Anyone had this?? I had a nurse check for wax she said all clear from that point of view. Going on months but only when I shake head vigorously. Anyone experienced similar?

Why would you be shaking your head vigorously to find this out?

Your post made me laugh. I was dancing one day and noticed it and notice.it sometimes when jogging etc

Yes I do, somatic tinnitus seems to cover it. I just add it to the 3 or 4 other tones/hisses/hums I hear 🤷🏼‍♀️

I dont have it all the time, just if I shake head but I'm worried it might develop into something worse. Did yours start off like me?
