I really don't feel well

Just wanted to run this by someone. Have appointment Monday but worried it's just a bug and wasting time. I'm not a doctor person for me. Just for kids 😞

I've not been feeling, physically, great for a while.

I take citalopram for post natal anxiety. Two years now. Four children.

Two weeks ago my toenails started falling off. I now have four gone. As a country person and with now horse injuries this is odd

Maybe the last four weeks I've felt very anxious, like heart flutters, when not anxious. Fast heart?

I feel very sick.

On Thursday I felt dizzy all day. When I move or turn.

The dizzy has continued. I'm not sleeping and I love my sleep. Family joke. I'm on my own mostly, but if DH appears off tractor for breakfast I'm napping for ten minutes.

My fit bit died so I bought a cheap Amazon one. Dropping heart to 55 but also high at 112

I just don't feel like me. A little spaced.

Any insight? Opinions?

Vitamin D affects nails and deficiency can cause heart palpitations, dizziness, numbness and joint pain among other things

Did a trace which was a little out. Back tomorrow for another and full bloods. Most likely peri menopause

Then see doctor Monday.

That's made me sad. Birthday tomorrow. Think the unlikely hope of another miracle baby just left.
