Anyone else had this awful bug?

Symptoms are horrible taste in mouth, fever, headache, unable to sleep, no appetite, backache and feeling very weak and unwell - how long until I feel strong enough to drive again? We're supposed to be going on holiday on Friday

Definately not pregnant, and anyway husband now in bed with it!

Sorry to say that DS2 has been laid low with similar symptoms for over a week.

It has knocked him for six, poor lad.

DH just started with it today, and is off work ill for the first time in about five years.

Adults should get over it more quickly though, I'm hoping.

Thanks, will try to rest, although it is difficult with a 3 year old running around. Just desperately hope she doesn't get it.
