Can anyone help interpret blood tests?

I've been very tired and run down. Had bloods last year which showed nothing. Had them done again this year but no concerns raised. Now having some repeated and b12, vit d and folate checked.

However I noticed the attached below which seems to indicate I have early kidney disease? but no one has mentioned it.

I also have:

low transferrin saturation 13% (normal 15-50)

Mean cell hemoglobin 26.7 (normal 27-34)

Serum creatinine 85 (normal 45-84)

Serum c reactive protein 11 (normal 0-5)

Anyone any ideas what could be going on so I can ask the GP to look into anything further? They weren't concerned re the above although they are repeating them all apart from the transferrin saturation.

Thanks
