My 2 yr old has had a weird rash for 3 weeks. Initially it was very red and was on the back of his thighs. Did not itch . I've been to GP twice during this time and was told it's just a viral rash and maybe body fighting some virus.
However on week 3, redness has gone but we now have raised bumps and it's spread to his elbows and arms. I'm worried is this scabies? When I went to GP , I was told it wasn't but looking at pics on Google I'm having doubts.
