Just trying to reach out really, does anyone else have this?? i have picked my fingers to ribbons and really trying to stop. If i ever go swimming/on holiday it is so much more noticeable in the water but even day to day random people have asked me what happened to my thumbs... :(
its so embarrassing but most of the damage is done when i'm unaware. I have even resorted to wearing gloves in the cinema to try and minimise the damage

Yes, me. I pick my fingers and feet. I'm in my 50s. It's summer and some days I can't wear sandals.

Hands always look awful. A manicure pedicure stops it for a while but this summer I haven't managed to stop picking enough to be able to have one.

I don't know how to stop.
