And I'm not sure why.

a) I had an op three weeks ago. I'm mostly recovered

b) it's been Easter holidays forever, no time off for me, no real exercise

c) my diet's been a bit shit

d) I think I have hayfever

So ... I have today off. I am no good at sleeping in the day. I'm wavering about going running. I deffo need to do some domestic sorting out. But do I lie still? Do I run? Run then lie still?

The joint paina dn tiredness would make me think it was something like CFS, Fibromyalgia. However, if theres a virus going round then it could just as easily be that. I know how you feel. I have had a flare up this week, but not the pain, just the awful fatigue. Even walking to the toilet is tiring!

I don't think I have CFS or fibromyalgia. I'm not even sure what those are, tbh.

If I keep being tired and having these symptoms next week, I'll get to a doctor. But I do think it's a virus, I was running warm yesterday, too, which sounds like a virus.

I had a horrible 48 hours last week - started with a headache, then high temp and joint pains and extreme tiredness. Then I got better so I think it must have been a virus. Maybe something is going round.

I am feeling a lot better today. I did a bit too much today, but am still fine tonight. I feel like doing things, a bit, rather than just sitting still.

what's this clubbing all night and all day business then NQC? where, why, who, all those sorts of questions.....

NotQuiteCockney · 20/04/2008 07:18

I never club all night, I am always home by 2 or so - last weekend I think we left the club before 1, even.

And the daytime club is a club-with-kids thing, happens once a month, is lovely.

I think I'm still on the mend. Today we're meeting up with my niece and her fiance in town.

My mum had the same tear duct op in December, and has been really low and tired since. She has been fine after other operations, so its very strange! I think this one must take a lot out of you!!!
