Hi can anyone explain these to be I had them because I had low calcium

These results (insufficient vitamin d and high parathyroid), along with the low calcium suggest that your body is responding to low vitamin D levels by making more parathyroid hormone to maintain adequate calcium levels. It's known as secondary hyperparathyroidism (secondary to vitamin D deficiency).

Ok thankyou I already suffer with my thyroid I take 125mg levothyoxine could this have something to do with it

They are closely linked but not always. Having hypothyroidism can affect the function of the parathyroid.
But both conditions can cause problems with how bone is created which can lead to osteoporosis and other conditions impacting bone health.
