Sun spots on face, how to remove

Wondering if anyone has had success getting rid of sun spots on your face, chest and hands, please? I am fairskinned so wear factor 50 every day and stay out of the sun. Always have sunglasses on and a hat too if it’s sunny. In spite of doing all that I have several sun spots particularly on the sides of my face. They are starting to really bother me as my facial skin looks blemished now as I am fair.

What can I do to get rid of them completely? I’m happy to throw money at the problem if there’s a method that is really successful. Do I need to see a dermatologist or a beautician, or has anyone successfully used a cream or lotion please?

Really hope someone can give me advice. Thank you.

I have these too among lots of freckles and have looked into having a chemical peel, but I'm not sure I can be bothered having a painful, stinging, peeling and itchy face for 2 weeks. From what I've read it's very effective though. I know laser treatment is an option too.

Going to google laser treatment now. Thanks

I tan easily but have always protected my skin well but now have a few of these, one in particular on my cheek is fairly large.

I've been trying a few products with limited success. I saw a lady advertise Cryotherapy and have been following her page and reading reviews etc and she seems to have great success with this so may try it, it's very reasonable too.
