Bunion pain

So I’ve always had a bunion on my right foot by my big toe. Generally it hasn’t caused me much pain.

However, and this may or may not be relevant I’m now on various antidepressants for now. The bunion pain has been worse since. I’ve just been into Boots and got a bunion protector as well as some bunion support pads. The protector which I put straight on doesn’t seem to be helping much so does anyone here have insight/advice?

Arch support shoe inserts can help by lifting up the arch of your foot which then reduces the pressure and weight that is put on the bunion.
