Pain below my knee? Why? How do I fix it?

It's on the inside of the knee and then about 3-4 inches down my leg

It's awful at night despite putting a pillow between my legs the weight of my other leg or the weight of that leg is awful

I have fibromyalgia but that's more often symmetrical pain I think (remembering pain is hard plus brain fog)

I do a few exercises to try and help

But it's been 6 months now; do I go back to the physio or see the gp

Either way I need sleep tips!

Have you got a Baker's Cyst?

The physio didn't say that; how would I tell?

I saw the physio who said I would have pain for 18m and that it would get better if I did my exercises

I have been exercising since Feb 21 when I first fell and also since Aug 22 when I fell again!

I came away very disheartened

My acupuncturist tried so.ething new and the pain when moving has reduced almost completely but the pain on the skin/to touch os greater

So I guess that's a win
