Weight gain

Why are you not allowed to be small and complain if you put on weight?
Always get shot down, accused of being anorexic.
It's actually really upsetting, I've put on a stone this past year and for the first time had a moan on social media about not fitting into my clothes, literally split my jeans over my hips/bum.
Last year I was constantly having to tell people how much I do eat but had started exercise the first time. I eat loads, have never restricted anything... now I've not worked out for ages I'm much bigger, but don't feel comfortable.
I can't win

Your mistake is moaning on social media. Kindly, nobody needs or wants to hear about your weight gain, or anyone else’s for that matter when scrolling through their feed!

Agree with the above PP- why do you need to out on social media anything to do with weight gain?

@HighlandCow78 I get that. It's not something I normally do, it was said in jest on comments whilst chatting about doing lots of batch cooking today.
Plenty of others moan... constantly
