I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday because for the last 3 weeks I’ve had horrendous on and off tummy and lower abdominal pain that radiates into my back, shoulders, I feel winded, chest feels tight and makes me nauseous. It would sometimes start after eating but not always. We’ve had a period of a lot of stress and loss of a family member so everything has been quite stressful so I put it down to that. I also had a minor case of mastitis that thankfully only lasted a couple of days but it gave me the shakes and body aches etc. Again, my thought was stress. But then a few days ago I came on my period very heavily and since this morning other than a few dull period aches I feel totally normal again. For context, I’m still breastfeeding DD2 who is 17mo. I only just got my periods back, I had 2, missed last month for some reason and then started again a few days ago. This would be on time too if I had my last one on time. I now don’t really know how to take it as we’re still dealing with the same stress, but why would having my period relieve all my pain? Like it was to the point of not being able to stand up straight, unable to pick my kids up level of pain on and off for 3 weeks. Has anyone had similar? I’m so confused
