LABRAL tear

Has anyone had a Labral tear of the hip? If so, how long did it take to heal, and what was the treatment?

Physio, different exercise, lots of rest and, unfortunately, a lot of time.

Thanks. I've been told it will take between 8 months to a year . It started at the end of April, so it's been a while already.

@CanYouHearThatNoise sorry bit late to this thread. I have bilateral labral tears and from my understanding they won't heal on their own as the labrum is avascular (has no blood supply), so surgery is the only way of fixing it. How are you getting on now?
