Chronic fatigue, PMDD and the pill

So I am on the road to being diagnosed with chronic fatigue after a couple of years of extreme tiredness, brain fog, joint pain etc. I’ve also been having awful PMT, so bad to the point I think it’s most likely PMDD. My GP recommended trying the pill for this, initially recommended rigevidon but I asked to try Yasmin having done my own research and read this was the best. Am just coming to the end of the first packet and I feel like my fatigue has been so much worse this month and wondering if anyone has noticed a similar link/has any experience with this?
I do wonder if the PMT is linked to the fatigue as I’d say they’ve both got worse over the same period of time.

Sorry I can’t really offer any insight but am following with interest as I am in the same boat but haven’t tried any contraceptive pills yet. Do you have children? I have 2 little ones and wonder if my chronic fatigue really kicked off from pregnancy.

I did stop taking the pill after about 6 weeks, I was worried it was contributing to my fatigue but that hasn’t improved since I stopped so might be worth a go for you.
I do have one 4 year old, but I think it was triggered by Covid for me and has got worse each time I’ve had it. Suspect I had it again in the summer which is why I’ve been feeling a lot worse since!
