quite a while ago but only recently seen it.
Is a health visitor and several other colleuges of hers allowed to put entrys on your GP record about DV and there opinions on the situations and factually incorrect stuff nothing to do with health or children and moat upseeting having to see the peptrators details on MY record surely this isnt right?
