Corn or verruca? Pic attached

Is this a corn or a verruca? I noticed it today. It’s a bit sore skin feels quite thick

I can’t see a black dot like you usually can with a verruca but maybe this too early to see

Looks like a verruca to me, I'm afraid. Plus I always assumed you only get corns on your toes, but might well be wrong about that!

Hope you don't struggle with the verruca for too long, looks like it's under your heel so you'll be putting your weight on it a lot. I've used bazuka recently with good results, but you do have to follow the instructions to the letter to give it the best chance.
