SI joint

Hi

Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to cope with SI joint pain (one side only)?

Google Don tigny.....he has simple exercises for this, sorry don't know how to do links. My right SI joint used to come out of place and the pain is excruciating (occupational therapist in hospital which is quite hard on the back and one of the physios told me about Don tigny exercises) his exercises used to re-align it. You can do it in bed before getting up, basically bring your knee up to your chin, then out to the side, then bridge on that side. If out and about I can relieve it by stretching, eg place that leg onto third step and relax/stretch towards the step. If desperate ibruphren also helps take down the inflammation if your alright taking that.
