Weather headaches

I'm in the South East of England and it's been muggy and hot all week. I think it's the cause of a headache I've had since then - it sometimes gets a bit better sometimes a bit worse but never actually goes away.

I've tried drinking lots of fluids and taking paracetamol and ibuprofen when I really need to. Is there anything else I can do?

I live in the same area, and I've had a weather headache for days now. Wish we could have a really good storm to clear the pressure. I take paracetamol and drink loads of water, and if it's getting too bad, I dab a bit of tigers balm on my temples, which seems to
help.

I’ve had a few headaches that seem to come on at the end of the day - I’m sure it’s the weather.

Dh gets this. He gets migraines and takes triptans to help.

It's definitely a thing, I've been suffering recently too.
