Chickenpox - adults?

My niece has chickenpox. Her mum (my sister) has had it before so think she’s immune. I have also had it before as a child however my daughter hasn’t. Obviously my niece wont come into contact with us but can my sister see my daughter? As in can my sister (who has already had it) pass on the chicken pox to someone who hasn’t?
I have looked online but can’t make much sense of the info so any help is appreciated!

I caught it for the fourth time, yep, from a parent of a child with cp
i have MS, so low immunity.

@Mirandawrongs oh no! That’s rubbish! 4 times you poor thing. She’s 1 year old but isn’t vulnerable/immunocomprised.

Dh had chicken pox as a child, absolutely covered in it, my MIL kept meticulous records. I am immune (health check for a job revealed this) and so with no worry we babysat my nephew who had chicken pox. Dh got it again, everywhere, eyelids, scrotum, everywhere. It was a miserable time.

I wouldn't risk it.
