Hi everyone,
I’ve been having some pain in my right side/right shoulder blade for about a year and have been to GP about this. Liver function tests came back normal last year as did a liver ultrasound but since then the pain has got worse. GP says take painkillers and don’t worry but as I have been a bit of a heavy drinker in the past I’m concerned something was missed in the ultrasound/ didn’t show in bloods and am considering going private for an ultrasound or fibroscan.
Does anyone know how likely it is something could’ve been missed, or have any advice on which to go for? Thanks in advance, I’m such a worried so am really torn up about this!
