Peri menopause

I’m 40, my periods cycles are either really short or really long now I genuinely can’t guess when it’s coming, am I in peri menopause?

Changes to my cycle was one of my symptoms.
Have you noticed any other changes in your health?

I’ve alot of other conditions tbh so loads of things lol the whole period thing is annoying me because I don’t know what’s happening
