Lots of big red spots on shoulders and back

Has anyone had this and think it’s viral? The spots are just big, red angry spots. No pus. You could convince me they are blistery looking but I honestly don’t know. No itching they are just so ugly. I’ve had it before and decided it was viral. I have been feeling ill with lumps under my armpits too.

They started with a few on my lower arm. Then focused on my shoulders and back. Now they are still on my shoulders and back but on the top of my leg too.

Any ideas?

I have these and sometimes taking b12 and vitamin d helps do you think it could be a deficiency?

Hadn’t thought about that! like scurvy or something?!

No nothing like that just a mild deficiency that some supplements can help with!
