I came off my pill around a month ago, but for the past 2 days the cramps I have experienced are not normal surely!🤯🥹
it’s severe groin, lower stomach/pelvic and lower back pain.
I’ve taken nuromol, paracetamol, ibuprofen I feel like nothings working, laying down only makes it more barable!
is this normal for coming off the pill I’ve been taking 2 years straight?
I wanted to try natural cycles but if the pain is going to be this bad, I’m not sure anymore😔

I think it might, sorry, after 10 months (pill so many months and then coil for really such a short time I couldn’t believe a period could last 2 weeks) after its removal.

I tried Metfenamic Acid to help the flow and pain relief but had to give that up after a couple of days as it just made me more nauseous. I was just told by the surgery a good old period was perhaps a good thing.

Bit edgy for the next period (should there be one, unsure if will have further ovulated but then I’m in peri) in my case and I think cycles can take a little while to come back after contraception used.

There is no period as of yet just absolute hell with cramps!
I was rolling curled up at 7am this morning they was out of this world. Radiating around my lower back. I’ve been topping up on painkillers all day and I can still feel twinges x
