lower belly fat/wider hips in the space of 2 weeks!

Hi All,

So I turned 30 in June and I am aware of the myth of weight gain in your 30s etc., but I have literally gone up a dress size in the space of a month, yet I still weigh the same on the scales and I eat rather healthily ( apart from weekend treats) and run 5k 3 times a week as well as walk 10k steps every day due to having dogs, but my body shape has changed so much, my hips are massive and my lower abdomen has increased massively, I have no children, not pregnant but also not on any birth control or medication, I don't drink excessively and I have not long had a hormone related blood test with no findings.

I am 5'7 and weigh between 12.0 - 12.7 stone which fluctuates throughout the month ( like us women do), I am aware this is roughly about a stone overweight ( according to BMI ) but i do consider myself rather healthy so I don't really let it get me down and despite never having the flattest of stomachs always been able to look fairly decent in the right clothes and in proportion with my height ETC , but I am finding I look awful in my clothes now despite buying size 16 from a 12/14?

Please tell me this is not a new way of life now im 30?
