I have had back pain for a while i went to the doctor who took urine samples twice over a few weeks. Apparently they didnt grow an infection but it had “ongoing sterile pyuria”which seems to mean white blood cells but nothing else.
my doctor has reffered me for an ultrasound but meanwhile my back is worse than ever today. Its my back and round into my lower belly just aching all the time. I have NO idea if it is related to any of the urine tests or if i just have a bad back. But i dont really feel like i can go back to the gp when ive been told shes already reffered for a scan?
Painkillers help but only for a short while.
how can i tell if i actually have a bad back or of it is actually some kind of infection or anything ?
has anyone had this at all?
