Referral to dermatologist about a mole

Hi I went and got my moles looked over last week, all off them were fine apart from one he has sent pictures to a dermatologist. He said he personally thinks it's nothing to worry about but would be rather safe than sorry it was due to it's shape it wasn't circle like the rest. But as I was checking with the doctors if they heard back from the dermatologist (hasn't even been a week but I'm a worrier) she said "The urgent refferal could take two weeks" it was the word urgent for me, espically since he said he personally doesn't think it's anything to worry about. Are all refferals to a dermatologist about a mole classed as urgent?

Also has anyone ever had pictures off there moles sent to a dermatologist if so what was the outcome did you need it removed if so what happened next and if you didn't need it removed what happened next?

Thankyou for reading
