My stomach is really hard at the top all of the time. I’ve never been officially diagnosed with ibs but after certain foods like too much garlic/brocolli etc I get diarrhoea and stomach cramps. I go to toilet very regularly and have a lot of gas release (could not think of a better term 🤣).
I’ve recently cut out coffee and are drinking two peppermint teas per day, this isn’t helping.
Stomach is just uncomfortable all the time, I am overweight and dieting (17st / 5ft 4) but I forever look 9 months pregnant and this rock hard stomach is beyond uncomfortable now.
Anyone else in same boat? Do I need to do a full elimination diet? I did try and Google bloated hard stomachs but every comment referred to people who are constipated, which I’m not

- I’d also like to add that in the 6 weeks ago I started eating healthier, smaller meals, less carbs, more veg, fruit /yoghurt a few times a week and lost nearly a stone and this has had no impact whatsoever
