Has anyone had one of these? Just called gp after about 3 weeks and was told they did have the cardiologist report but not been looked by gp yet so need to wait.
Can I assume it’s a good think if there had been an issue would have got a call earlier?

Yes and it took ages to get the report - about 3 months. When I had it fitted the technician said they’re looked at quickly but if there’s nothing sinister the report will take a while. I had ectopic beats, but they were benign.

Yes, I had a VIO monitor (twice) for 2 weeks at a time. Just had to log any symptoms in a booklet and post it back.

I had a phone consultation six weeks later and diagnosis. The worst bit was the sticky tape!

Sorry what i mean to say is that i have had this done already about 2 and a half weeks ago at a different surgery from my usual gp and was told that they send it to cardiologist who will look at it and send report to my gp. i called gp today as not heard and receptionist could see that they have had report from cardiologist but gp needs to look at it before they tell me result.
I just assumed that the fact that gp had not rushed with it may be a good sign but reading that you waited for your result @wineandsunshine for 6 weeks and got your diagnosis is not in line with my thought process.
Fingers crossed gp will call me tomorrow
