Glucose 3.3 but not diabetic?

So I put a post up a few days ago I haven’t been feeling great in myself lately main thing is bouts of crazy tiredness. I’ve had to cancel all plans today again because of them… used my mums glucose monitor out of curiosity as I’m desperate to work out what’s going on and it came up as 3.3. Another thing I’m really light headed when I get up. I’m 41. I’ve had some eggs and an avocado today and a chocolate bar and started feeling rubbish shortly after I ate. I wasn’t too bad before that. Anyone got any ideas? I’m so confused… could 3.3 be normal or should I not be that low?

Normal is meant to be 4 to 7, although some believe that as most of the testing is done on a diabetic population, the range could be a bit wider, maybe down to high 3s.

However, you will likely feel rubbish in the 3s and need to eat - protein with a starchy carb will sort you out in the longer term, a spoonful of honey or small glass of pure fruit juice will get your numbers up quicker.

You could have reactive hypoglycaemia if this happens after eating sweet stuff, basically your body produces too much insulin as a reaction to the sugar

It should not be that low especially after eating, but diabetes is about managing higher or unstable levels, not necessarily low. Maybe add some fruit juice to morning meal.
