Can some moles from the get go be unsymmetrical? Just seen a mole on my back from a picture and it's not symmetrical in any way but I've never properly looked at the mole before so can't compare to previous. It has always been there though and I'm sure it's not grown. Going to book in with GP anyway to be on safe side but can the odd mole be unsymmetrical sometimes and still be ok?
