Some weird symptoms over the last few days and hoping everything is fine but worrying it is not.
Background: have an umbilical hernia awaiting repair (caused by excessive lifting during late pregnancy), pelvic floor dysfunction, and had my gallbladder removed two years ago after pregnancy caused gall stone build up. Also herniated two discs in my lower back c. 10y ago, no problems since I recovered from that.
Issue: the day before yesterday I was driving (drove for c.2h30 with a c.1h break in the middle). When I got out of the car I had shooting pains down the outside of both legs, intense lower back pain and difficulty moving from seated to standing from the car, as well as pain in my buttocks and lower abdominal pain. When I woke up the next day it was all still the same but gradually over the course of the day the back pain eased a bit. Today I still have the back pain but less bad, but the abdominal pain is worse (mainly left side). Am now feeling nauseous, which I have on and off for the last couple of days. Just now whilst lying down I lifted my leg and I had a weird sensation in my lower abdomen that felt almost like stitches being pulled out - but I shouldn't have any stitches there to my knowledge. Pressing anywhere in my abdomen is tender but especially upper abdomen beneath my lower ribs and left lower abdomen.
It feels a bit like when I had gall stones but that also resulted in pain between my shoulder blades and I don't have that. Also no gall bladder...
