Hey all
I suffer terribly with cold sores. Take tablets daily but due to the recent hot weather they’ve failed to work and I’ve got the worst outbreak yet.
I usually leave them uncovered to air as find they heal quicker. But I have a little one so wanted to keep them all covered to avoid passing anything on.
rhe only thing I can’t work out is how the fk to get the patch off without ripping my entire coldsore and top lip with it???????? It says pull at the edges but all that does is rip it off the coldsore even more.
any tips from fellow cold sore sufferers???
